Jonathan Giles is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in engineering and leadership within the manufacturing industry. He has held roles such as Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Engineering Manager, successfully managing large-scale projects and driving operational improvements. Jonathan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and is Black Belt / Six Sigma certified. His expertise spans project management, technical design, and strategic planning, making him a versatile leader in the field.

Gary McGaha joined Giles Innovative Products, LLC in 2024 as a Design Engineer. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Alabama. Prior to joining GIP, Gary spent 5 years as a Product and Plant Engineer at Ford Motor Company. He also held roles as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager over a 24-year tenure at the Southern Company. Most recently, Gary worked for 18 years as a Design Engineer for oxygen concentrators and their support equipment at Nidek Medical Products.

Ron Allen brings over 40 years of experience to Giles Innovative Products, LLC, having worked with BF Goodrich Tire, BF Goodrich Chemical, BF Goodrich Industrial Products, and Michelin Tire. He has been involved in both plant operations and the corporate environment, with expertise in machine and process design, as well as utilities and infrastructure. Ron has held a diverse range of roles, including Design Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Maintenance Management, and Quality Management.

Ethan Giles joined Giles Innovative Products, LLC in 2021 as a Project Manager and Office Manager. Before joining GIP, Ethan spent two and a half years as a police officer with the local police department, where he developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills. He is a licensed commercial drone pilot and is one of the companies operators of the 3D scanner. His unique background brings a valuable perspective to the company ensuring innovative and effective solutions to our customers projects. 

With a strong foundation in technical and leadership roles, Nick Ramsey began his career serving four years in the United States Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic. He later earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama in 2018 where he then served as a police officer for three years at a local department. Nick joined Giles Innovative Products, LLC, in 2022 as a CAD Modeler where he later advanced to a Project Manager. He holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, commercial drone pilot, and 3D scanner operator. 

Alesia Giles holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education. She homeschooled her two children for 14 years and managed a children’s summer camp for eight years, gaining valuable leadership and organizational skills. Alesia also owns a part-time dog training business, showcasing her dedication and expertise. As HR Manager at GIP, she uses her people skills to recruit and develop top talent, making her an essential part of the team.

Jesse Gomez became a part of Giles Innovative Products, LLC, in 2022. He brings expertise in 2D CAD and 3D modeling, excelling in Structural Designing, Concrete Designing, and Rebar layout. He is well-versed in using software such as Tekla Structures, ARES CAD, and Onshape. His proficiency makes him an asset in creating detailed and precise structural designs.

Sofia Locascio joined Giles Innovative Products, LLC, in 2023 while pursuing a degree in Engineering Graphics and Design Technology with 3D Modeling and Architecture certificates. Now, as a CAD specialist, she has continued to develop her expertise in AutoCAD technologies, leveraging her attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver carefully executed projects for her clients. Prior to working at GIP, she spent three years in customer service, where she honed her communication and client relations skills.
