In 2022, Giles Innovative Products, LLC was commissioned to engineer, design, and detail a new casting deck as part of a facility expansion, supporting the installation of two new centrifugal casting units. This project required a robust and precisely engineered solution to accommodate the demanding operational environment.
Designed to support a 100 psf load rating, the casting deck incorporated 230,000 lbs of structural steel, ensuring durability and stability for heavy industrial use. To bring this project to life, our team produced over 850 detailed fabrication drawings, providing comprehensive guidance for manufacturing and installation.
