Giles Innovative Products, LLC engineered, modeled, detailed, fabricated, and load tested a 20-ton (40,000 lbs) J-Hook Lifter for a charging bucket application. Designed with ASTM A572 Grade 50 steel, it meets ASME B30.20-2021, BTH-1-2023, and AWS D14.1 standards for below the hook lifting devices.
The lifter, weighing 2,412 lbs, was designed and tested with finite element analysis simulations,
to achieve minimal stress and deflection.
This project highlights our expertise in delivering high-quality solutions for below the hook lifting devices for heavy industrial applications.
