Our project managers started as CAD modelers and police officers. We invest in certifications: drone pilot, 3D scanning, Six Sigma.
Small team, real responsibility
Seven people. No layers between you and the principal engineer, the client or the shop.
Four-day work week
We work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fridays are yours.

We don't always have a posting open, but we always want to hear from engineers, detailers and project managers who fit the work.
Mechanical / Structural Engineer
PE or EIT with industrial design experience. Tekla, Onshape or similar 3D modeling; FEA a plus.
CAD / Detailing Specialist
2D and 3D detailing of steel, concrete and mechanical assemblies. Tekla Structures experience preferred.
Project Manager
Field or shop background, comfortable coordinating fabricators, contractors and client stakeholders. Part 107 a plus.
