Fabrication & Installation

A seamless transition from design to reality

Having your engineering firm manage both fabrication and installation removes the gaps where projects lose time and money. We oversee the complete process through vetted fabrication partners — from heavy steel fabrication down to small, one-off machined parts — and installation contractors we have worked with before.

The advantage

Why let your engineer manage the build

Streamlined communication

Eliminates misinterpretation between engineering and fabrication teams. Questions from the shop go straight to the engineer of record.

Quality assurance

Our oversight guarantees compliance with design specifications and industry standards, with inspections at the milestones that matter.

Efficiency

A single point of contact minimizes delays, improves coordination and simplifies project management for your team.

Cost savings

Integration of engineering, fabrication and installation prevents costly revisions or adjustments in the field.

Recent builds

Out of the shop and onto the truck

Work we designed, detailed and had built by our vetted partners — from heavy steel fabrication to small one-off machined parts — inspected at the shop, painted or galvanized, then loaded and shipped to site with the erection sequence already worked out.

How it works

From approved drawings to commissioned equipment

Whether you hand us finished drawings or a concept, one team carries the job from release to sign-off — and the engineer who designed it is the one answering the shop.

  1. Partner selection

Our vetted partners cover the whole range — heavy structural steel and plate fabrication, weldments, galvanizing and paint, and precision machine shops for one-off parts. We match each job to the shop with the right certifications and capacity.

  2. Shop drawings & release

Fabrication-ready details are issued and reviewed with the shop before cutting begins.

  3. Fabrication oversight

Milestone inspections, material certifications and dimensional checks against the model.

  4. Installation coordination

Rigging plans, sequencing and site logistics aligned to your outage or shutdown window.

  5. Commissioning & sign-off

Final inspection and documentation by the engineer of record.
